Regarding your ticket related product description. We sent your the answer that your product doesn’t have description on Aliexpress, therefore when you import such product using the plugin, its description is empty as well.
As well of price and stock. If product is out-of-stock on Aliexpress, then our plugin hide its price on your website because it can’t be purchase on Aliexpress anyway.
Also please take in the account that Aliexpress portal use a cache on their website therefore sometimes you can see a product there, but actually it can’t be ordered. It’s just a cache. Our plugin always clear cache when import products from Aliexpress, therefore if you see the message that product is not available and can’t be imported then it means you see a cache version of the page on Aliexpress.
