    Hello, since updating to version 7, I have problems with some sites. The banner is not displayed, even if it is correctly configured. I have been using complianz for 3 years, and it has never given me any problems.
    I leave you a link to the website where the banner is not displayed. Please help me. Your plugin is the best. Thank you.

    We would be happy to take a look at such behavior, although it seems that the attached website uses a different plugin than Complianz at the moment?

    Yes, I had to install another plugin because I have the website in production.
    Anyway, I just deactivated the plugin I had, so you can see if there is a problem with yours, which is active.

    Hi @elenafernandez,

    I assume that the Wizard had been finished, and the Cookie Banner & Blocker have been enabled in the final step of the Wizard as well?

    If this is the case, but the banner doesn’t show up yet; it might be that your settings in Complianz indicate that a Cookie Banner is not required for your site.

    You can try enabling an additional service under Complianz -> Wizard -> Consent -> Services -> “Does your website use third-party services”, such as YouTube, and then Finish the Wizard once more, to check if this results in the Cookie Banner being enabled.

    It already appears!! I did just what you told me to do, and immediately she appeared.

    Now I understand why there are other websites where she doesn’t appear.
