The ability to use PHP in an export is only in our Pro version, and we can only help with our free version in this forum, so you’ll need to contact us here for help: https://www.wpallimport.com/support/. Please keep in mind that we can’t troubleshoot your code, but we can check to make sure the function is being called correctly and that everything is set up right.
