Not as intuative as most

Phlox seems like a cleaver theme, and versitile, but not layed out like others I have worked with, so have to go hunting and flipping through tutorials to find basic tools, and learn how to make modifications that should be very easy and streight forward. But are burried.

Like most themes, I imagine it is something you just get used to. But it is a waste of time to have to re-learn every time you change themes. I wish there were some kind of standard or interoperability.
