Issue with payment above 999,99

  • Dear Support,

    We’ve encountered an issue with the Buckaroo Woocommerce Payments Plugin v3.11.1. The issue is as follows:
    – A Woocommerce order is placed and your go to Buckaroo to pay for the order.
    – When the order is above EUR 999,99 there is only EUR 1,- payed for this order?
    – We’ve reverted Buckaroo Woocommerce Payments Plugin v3.10.0 and the issue didn’t occur anymore.

    We assume it’s an issue with English thousends format (1,000.00) and European format (1.000,00)

    Can you please advise?
