    Hello

    I like your plugin, so I have a plan to implement for my e-Commerce website for better customer experience.

    I thought “Auto Approve Question and Answer by users” function is seriously needed for better customer experience, however you already said that “To prevent SPAM, the plugin doesn’t allow to auto approve Q&A from non-admin users.”

    OK. I understood your current policy. However I believe that customer can confuse when it is not shown by system. I think it would be better to let admin can configure in the plugin setting menu.

    I hope you reconsider this function for better customer experience.
