Since the last update, variation title are not properly coming trough to the bookkeeping software.
    Before it went like this:

    • Variation was ordered
    • The title of the main product + variation add on was collected by the software

    Now it is:

    • Variation is ordered
    • Only the main title of the product is coming trough

So i guess something has changed in woocommerce, it is a big problem for us and other customers with woo shops.

NO changes were made with the bookkeeping software.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @vanvlietwebdesign,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern about the variation titles not coming through to your bookkeeping software. Firstly, could you please confirm if you’ve made any recent changes to your WooCommerce setup, such as updating the WooCommerce plugin itself or any other plugins that might interact with product variations? Additionally, it would be helpful to know if you’ve noticed any other irregularities on your site since the last update. To begin troubleshooting, I recommend the following steps:

    1. Check for Plugin Conflicts: Sometimes, other plugins can interfere with how WooCommerce functions. You can do this by temporarily deactivating all plugins except WooCommerce and then checking if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the culprit.
    2. Update WooCommerce: Make sure that WooCommerce and all its extensions are updated to the latest versions.
    3. Clear Analytics Cache: If you’re using WooCommerce Analytics, clearing the cache might help. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache.

After performing these steps, if the issue still persists, please provide us with the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support. You could copy and paste your reply here or paste it via https://gist.github.com/ and send the link here.

We’re waiting for your reply and looking forward to helping you further.

Clear Analytics Cache: If you’re using WooCommerce Analytics, clearing the cache might help. Go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Clear Analytics Cache.

There is no such setting in my dashboard. Status -> tools > then Clear analytic cache is not there among them

    Hello @vanvlietwebdesign,

If you head over to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and scroll to the bottom, you’ll be able to find the option to ‘Clear Analytics Cache’.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
