Permalink issue on new child categories.

I am using wp 3.0.1 with the twenty-ten 1.1 theme.
My site is https://gracechild.meI added two new categories and added both categories to the menu. The permalink structure for these two categories is incorrect.
The correct url should be
https://gracechild.me/science-fair/notes-from-the-coordinator
Instead this pulls a page not found error. However, if I remove the parent category from the url, the url pulls all the correct posts.
https://gracechild.me/notes-from-the-coordinatorMy permalink structure is /%category%/%postname%
Any ideas what is causing this for two of my categories?
