Limit Amount of Posts in index page

  • Hey,

    Im kinda having some trouble limiting the amount of posts in my index page.

    I have set the posts views to 100 so that if someone was looking into the category it would show 100 posts.

    But the problem with that is my index will also so the last 100 posts as well. is there any way to change this? please advise.
