Include Siteblog A into Siteblog B simultaneously?

    Hello WordPress community!

    I have a question regarding WP and 2 sites.

    Is it possible to load blog content from another proprietary site?
    In other words, load Siteblog A into Siteblog B simultaneously?

    If yes, I should I proceed?
    (Can I download the whole folder from siteblog A into siteblog B and reconnect the DB)

    Are these separate WordPress installs?

    The MultiSite subforum is for people who use ONE WordPress install to control multiple sites (see https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Create_A_Network )

    I’m not sure if you want to combine two sites into one MultiSite or something else…

    I tried coping my wp folders from siteA to SiteB without luck.
    Ideally, I want to load the blog content from one to the other (A to B).

    Just made a clean install. Now how can I retrieve the blog from this other site?

    Are you trying to combine two separate sites into one MultiSite?

    Seriously, I’m confused as to what you’re asking ??

    I want to use a blog and pull it into another site.

    What about going to Tools -> Export and doing that?

    if I use this method. When siteA gets updated later,
    will siteB get this new update too?

    @detonate: no, Andrea’s solution will help you move posts from one site to another, not sync the two.

    A better explanation of what you are trying to achieve would greatly help us give you better assistance.

    Are you looking for something like the feedwordpress plugin?
