All my backups have gone, uploading from computer failed (diskquota exceeded, but there is not even 400 mb on the site). New backup doesn’t work. Debug code is BMI-eGdOjAyy-75023.

Installing new plugins is impossible (diskquota exceeded), as wel as updating to the new WP version.

Edit to add: On the site diagnosis page I see a new message:

    Hi @geseke

Diskquota exceeded means there is no available space.

It’s unrelated to our plugin but it causes a lot of issues with the site including issues in our plugin.

In your case there was not enough space to even save our plugin configuration file, which means the configuration is broken now.

As the backups directory path is stored in the config, you don’t see any backups on the list because of this.

In first place you need to free up some space, then with use of File Manager plugin find the backups directory within your wp-content its name should be something like backup-migration-<some random characters>.

It may be caused when you disabled space checking within our plugin and performed backup without sufficient storage space.

Thank you very much for your help and information. Everything works now. I downloaded a file manager plugin (which I didn’t know about). I found three backup-migration directories. I identified the right one by performing a backup and finding it’s location. Can I delete the other two?

    Hello @geseke ,

Thank you for the update, we’re glad that everything is in order now! Sure, you can delete the unused directories.

    Kind regards
