Blog incorrectly labelled as commercial

    Just to join the chorus of similar threads…

    We are a not-for-profit organization and two of our blogs have been incorrectly marked as commercial (under ‘contact details’). I’ve only included one in the link as that is what is allowed, but I’d appreciate if a member of the Happiness Team could get in touch.

    Just to confirm:

    • We don’t have ads on our site
    • We don’t sell products/services on our site
    • We don’t promote a business on our site
    • We don’t solicit donations or sponsorships on our site

    The Jetpack plugin also falsely says ‘you can request a reverification (this can be done once every 24 hours)’.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I have made an adjustment on our end that will fix the issue.

    You can now add a non-commercial stats plan by going to:

    https://wordpress.com/stats/purchase

    Also, while reviewing your site I noticed that you are running an outdated version of Jetpack (13.2.2). Please update to the latest version.

    Thanks for making the adjustment and picking up on the outdated version. I mentioned above a second blog site that I couldn’t add to the threat due to a one-link limit. That website is: https://blog.invasive-species.org/

    Please could you make a similar adjustment for this website? I hope you don’t mind me ‘reopening ‘unresolving’ this thread to include this link. I don’t mind starting a new thread if that is what is required.
