    Hi there

    Reporting an issue regarding multisites.

I’ve got this running on my multisite where each site is separate on its own domain… and each of course has its own analytics code and related search console entry.

This works fine on the subsites, but now I note that the primary site’s Analytics is full of data from the other sites.

There I thought I was getting loads of traffic, but no… it’s just the other sites all merged in.

The Analytics data for the subsites is all separated and fine.

This is GA4 and everything is up to date with plugins and WordPress.

    Reagrds
    Rob

I hope you are doing well today.

We are making tests on our lab site to confirm if this is a bug or issue only on your site. We will get back to you within 24-48h with an update. Thank you for your patience while we look into this further.

    Hi again @robaxxx

I made some setup on my multisite lab and main site (with mapped domain) has separate account connected (GA4). Subsite (with mapped domain as well) has also seperate account connected (GA4).

After out team visited both sites from different regions and different amount of times I get different results. Main site has 14 page views, subsite has 7 and network reports 21 in total. So it seems there is no bug in that matter. I also get different bounce rate and exit rate.
