Jump to top of the page: mobile device only

    We have tried all options we can think of. But when a booking widget is clicked on our website the page jumps to the top of the page. When you scroll down the page you find the widget has opened. Our 3rd party booking agent has confirmed it’s not the widget. So next option is to look at the theme. Any ideas? Many thanks.

    Hi. Issue is still there. We have had make some changes to use a work around so I have created a page for the purpose of demonstrating the issue for you. This is just an issue on monile devices. Many thanks

    Hi,

    Thank you for sharing that. I’ve been able to see the issue.

    But, at a first look, this doesn’t seem to be something related to the theme. At least, this is what I think.

    This is why, I would suggest using the Troubleshoot mode of the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/ plugin to safely switch themes and see if the same happens when using another theme.
