upgraded to 3.0.1 and pages are no longer recognized in admin

  • Help! I upgraded to 3.0.1 and now all my pages are gone. the actual site works as expected, but the admin section does not show the pages or allow me to edit anything.

    admin->pages says no pages found
    admin->posts says
    Fatal error: out of dynamic memory in yy_create_buffer() in /homepages/21/d305726796/htdocs/dynasty/wp-admin/edit.php on line 416

    how do i fix this?
