Organize Posts Under Specific Pages

Hello All!
I’m working on a site now, and I’ve tried to put into words what I’m looking for, but I just can’t… at least in order to make it simple enough to search for a plugin!

What I’m trying to do is pretty much mimic the setting under the “Reading Settings” where I can chose what page to post certain posts to, but I want to do it based on category/tags… and I want to be able to select multiple pages for multiple categories/tags of posts…

I’m not sure that this makes sense for you, so here’s a picture mock up I made best to describe it…

I found a “similar” plugin, I guess… It’s called “Pages Posts” but it doesn’t work. The categories/tags I add do not show up.

Does anyone know of a plugin that can do what I’m talking about? Or now how I can do this?
