Unable to properly create link in block editor in 2.2.70

    When I select text to create a link in the block editor, I search for terms, but as soon as I enter a space in the search term, AI engine pops up. This behavior is new to 2.2.70, and makes it difficult to search for URLs to link.

  • Hi, I logged in to open a case for this issue and found this post. It is very inconvenient. Every time I try to interlink and look for keywords in website’s current posts, the space bar brings up AI co pilot and the hyperlinking box disappears. In other words it’s impossible to enter a spacebar when trying to enter a hyperlink in WP.
