Issue when added automatically

    I use the plugin in automatic mode where it is automatically added to pages. On some pages I have noticed that it is only placed below the beginning of the content. So instead of right at the beginning as you would expect, it appears in the middle of the content.

    I haven’t found a pattern yet which is different on these pages, there are some <p> and <div> mostly above it, but these are on other pages too.

    Not sure if you have understood me correctly. I use the function of this plugin to automatically insert it to all pages. As I understand it, the table of contents should then always appear at the top of the page, not as in your pictures but as the first above everything else. Above “Number 1”. Now I have edited two of these pages and changed a few headings, nothing els. After saving the table of contents was suddenly displayed correctly, i.e. at the beginning. I really don’t know what caused this.
