Search for 2 characters does not work

    Hello, we have integrated relevanssi on our site. Now we are faced with the problem that as soon as you enter something with only 2 characters you get no result. We have tried the code snippet from the documentation, but it was not successful.

    We use Divi for our page. We have already tried deactivating all plugins and activating a standard theme. Unfortunately we always get the same result that you only get a result with at least 3 letters.

    In our case we noticed this because we have articles on the topic “5G” on the site. If you now enter 5G, however, no result appears.
    I have already tried in the settings to see if this can be activated somewhere. Unfortunately, nothing was found. What could be the reason?

    No snippets are required. Settings > Relevanssi > Indexing > Advanced indexing settings > set to 2 and reindex.
