    This seems to be a compatibility issue indeed, most likely the AJAX plugin you’re using.

    It appears that the AJAX code is coming from the Jupiter theme.
    A few more scripts are running and possibly interfering with the default WooCommerce functionality.

    Could you change your theme to a default theme like Storefront?
    This will clarify things and give us a better understanding of the issue.
    Let me know once you have done this.

    I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
    Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

    Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
    After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

    Thank you very much. It seems like activating Storefront fixes the problem, so it seems like a problem of Jupiter theme.

    I can’t leave Storefront activated because it would broken the website’s design, but I have asked the owners if we can select a time and day so I change the theme and you can do the test.

    I can leave Storefront activated at Friday at the time you wish, so you can inspect the problem and tell me to change back to the Jupiter theme so it doesn’t impact sales much. Which time would you prefer? And if you prefer to maintain this conversation in private by email, just tell me the address and I will write to you there.
