Error processing the payment: failing about 33% of transactions

    Hi @flinnn and community.


    Great plugin – we are using it to help conservation efforts in New Zealand.

    However we are having an intermittent but consistent errors when customers check out.

    The message “There was an error processing the payment: There was a problem processing the payment.’

    This happens to about 33% of transactions.

    I have run through a thorough debugging process, updating stripe API, setting up a staging site with only with only the following plugins

    • Donation Platform for WooCommerce: Fundraising & Donation Management
    • WooCommerce
    • WooCommerce Stripe Gateway

    I have tested the site with Donation platform disabled and all test transactions were completed sucessfully.

    When I enable Donation Platform the error returns.
