I’m experiencing issues with the ElementsKit header.

    1. On the mobile version, the hamburger icon menu (megamenu) consistently takes an excessively long time to open, which risks losing visitors.
    2. On the desktop version, whenever I switch the homepage to its translated version (using TranslatePress), my menu disappears. Instead, it displays the website tagline and some numbers that are unfamiliar to me.

Could someone please assist me in understanding what’s causing these problems?

    Hi rouzelsoeb?,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

I’ve investigated the hamburger icon problem on our development side, and I’m pleased to report that the mobile menu is functioning flawlessly. To get a visual on this, please take a look at the accompanying video. To prevent similar issues, it’s crucial to thoroughly clear all cache levels, encompassing Server cache, WordPress optimization plugin cache, CDN cache, and Browser cache.

As for compatibility with the TranslatePress plugin, it’s not currently guaranteed. However, alternatives such as WPML or PolyLang can be utilized instead.

    Regards,
    Amir
