    Hello.

    I’m not sure, but it seems like the tool is being blocked by a firewall. See screenshot:

    It is repeating recently.

    Is there an IP or a User-Agent to whitelist, or another way to avoid it?

    Hey, it indeed looks like a firewall might be blocking the VRTs screenshot service from accessing your site.

    To resolve this, you can whitelist the following IP address in your firewall settings: 49.13.14.240

    If you are still facing difficulties, please let us know and we can explore further solutions together.

    I will try it.

    I suspect Wordfence.

    Maybe you can work with them on allowing your service, as they do with others:

    @asafm7 That’s a great suggestion! Thank you. I got in touch with Wordfence to understand what it takes to become an “allowlisted service”.
