Multiple selection

I checked the page you mentioned, and it seems you’re using the older widget version of the filters.

In this case, you should go to YITH > Ajax Product Filter > Filter presets, and then create a new preset with the filters you need.

There, you will be able to select the type of filter you want and enable the multiselection option.

Finally, you will just need to add the preset to the category page by using the shortcode or YITH AJAX Filters Preset widget.

Thanks for the answer. I tried this approach (with filter preset), and it doesn’t work. The checkboxes are displayed but they don’t filter products properly. Instead, I always have an empty result.

About the issue, I checked the same filter using the default WooCommerce layered navigation, and in this case it seems it’s not a problem of the filter. You can check it in the following URL:

I suggest you try installing the latest version of our plugin, WooCommerce and WordPress in the staging site, and then check if the issue is solved.

If you still have issues, please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools and run the following tools to regenerate the lookup tables:

• WooCommerce transients
• Product lookup tables
• Term counts
• Update database
• Regenerate the product attributes lookup table
• Clear Product Filter transients
• Clear Product Filter sessions

I can give you the access to this test environment, it is completely safe.

I cannot update your plugin because my license is expired, and I won’t purchase it again if I’m not sure that my problem will be fixed after that.
