Export Newsletters from one WP to another

    I need to move the mail poet newsletters from the https://growiwm.org/ WordPress site. The new site is a complete copy of this one but has numerous updates. None of the updates have involved mailpoet or any of its functionality. is there an easy way to export or copy these?
