Directory has random serious glitches that “they cannot fix”

Example:

I have a directory that details clinical trials. Using the checkbox drag and drop for the create listing form, for some reason the title of the question being asked just doesn’t show on the listing page. So you end up with a messy listing sheet that has answers to random questions without any context to why the information is on the sheet. Keep in mind, it’s randomly just for “check boxes” (that i know of). And after hours and hours for formatting the hundreds of options that relate to check boxes- what am i supposed to do now? Build in the future? This is a glitch in your system- fix it. There isn’t something next to the checkbox that says, “if you use this- randomly you’ll have bullet points show up on your listing without any context to why they are there”, it shows it formatted just like the rest. Doesn’t even make sense.

Their response:
–> Right now, we do not have this feature available. I can certainly understand how that might be important for you, especially given the scenario you described. I will let you know if this becomes something that we might build in the future.
