Hello, when I go on the “Payments Overview” page (wp-admin/admin.php?page=wc-admin&path=%2Fpayments%2Foverview) the content is showed, but few seconds after everything inside the admin layout disappear.

Looks like it’s a script error : I have this error in the console : TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘filter’)

    For the file “react-dom.min.js?ver=18.2.0”
    Anyone have a solution ?

    Woocommerce Version 8.8.2

    WooPayments Version 7.5.3

    Hey, @killiandev7!

    Thanks for sharing the information.

Here’s a few things to consider:

    • The error you shared is related to the plugin YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor Premium, please check if it is updated. If it is not, please update it and see if the issue persists. If it is, please disable it and check if the issue persists.
    • Your database is outdated. Please go to WooCommerce > Status > Tools > Update database. Please make sure to have a backup before doing this.

To confirm, have you tried clearing the browser’s cache or trying a different browser?

Please let us know how it goes.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hello @carolm29,

Thanks for your fast response, I check the plugin YITH WooCommerce Multi Vendor Premium and it’s updated. So I tried to disable it and the issue still persist.

I also updated the database, and the issue is still there.

I cleared my cache and tried to test on a different browser, and still nothing changed. But on Firefox browser I have more info on the error in the console : “TypeError: m.enabled_payment_method_ids is undefined”

So it’s clearly a script problem from the package “react-dom”

    Hey, @killiandev7!

    Thank you for trying!

Do you have any custom code on the website?

Can you please run a conflict test to see if something external is interfering with this?

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

    — Be sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. You can ask your host for backup functionality or you can consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, you will be able to restore it.

    — Also, you can consider using a plugin like Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it is helpful to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.

    — It is important to consider as well a staging functionality in case you would not like to touch your production site (you can ask your host if they offer this service), or you can use WP Staging for quickly spinning up a new test site.

You can find more about this in this guide.

Please let us know about your findings.

    Have a wonderful day!

@carolm29 I also follows the same steps (remove all plugin’s one by one, remove all custom added code), but still facing the same issue, not able to see Payments Overview.
I’m using Divi theme, and using Quickcab plugin for the booking

    Hey, @mansoorulhaq!

Thanks for trying. But just to confirm, you did switch from the Divi theme and deactivated Quickcab too, right?

Did you do this on the live site or did you create a staging site? The reason I’m asking is to know if ou were able to replicate the issue on a fresh install (on a staging site).

Can you try removing WooCommerce and downloading it again? Don’t worry, your data you not be lost if you do this ??

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi @mansoorulhaq

What is your store base country? Is it listed on the supported country list? Also, did you check in private/incognito mode?

However, seems like we’ll need to have a closer look. Could you please open a ticket about this from Woo.com > My profile > Support? You may need to create or log in to a WooCommerce account before you can access that page.

Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.

    Thanks!

@mansoorulhaq I followed the steps that you advice (remove all plugin’s one by one, remove all custom added code), but I’m still facing the same issue : not able to see Payments Overview.

    I don’t know what to do…

    Hey, @killiandev7!
