    Hello !

    I haver a question/issue : as I try to export woocommerce stats (order, products sold etc..) and a mail is generated, It only works with the admin account (not the shop manager) and It only send the mail to the admin. My question is, how can I specify a different recipient for this export and how it comes that it only works when logged as the admin ?

    I just tested this on my website and I was able to export the report as a Shop Manager. The report was also sent to the email connected to the Shop Manager account, since it was requested by that account.

    My question is, how can I specify a different recipient for this export

    The email will be sent to the email connected to the account that requested it. So, if you requested it as the admin, it will send it to the admin’s email.

    ?how it comes that it only works when logged as the admin ?

    It should be possible to do it as shop manager, so let’s investigate to find out why this issue is happening.

    Do you have any plugins that change the user roles?

    Can you please share a screenshot of what you see on the reports when you are logged in as Shop Manager? Does the download button not appear?

    Furthermore, I’d like to understand your site properly. Please share with us the necessary information below for us to investigate the issue further:

    System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
    Fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs. Then you can use the selector to search for Fatal Errors.
