Issues with YITH WooCommerce Ajax Product Filter

  • Hello,

    I am running to above plug-in on 2 different websites. One of them is https://www.fabulousevents.com and it works fine. It adheres to the sorting order i placed on the widget for the colors. The version is 5.0.1. THis has been on teh website for over 7 years with no problem.

    I installed it in a test site on a new domain and it DOES NOT adhere to the order. It is the same version of the plug-in. Do you know why this happened?

    Hello there,

    as first step please try the plugin with only WooCommerce and a WordPress default theme active and let us know if the problem persists.
