Wp cron not working anymore

    After I have installed your plugin, wp cron is not working anymore, scheduled woocommerce offers are not working.

    Deactivating your plugin does not solve the problem.

    Please advice on how to clean everything and completly remove your plugin configuration.

    The website is an high traffic one, for sure it has hits enough to trigger wp cron.

  • Hello, I’m sorry you’re having trouble with the plugin!

    With the plugin deactivated, try deactivating and reactivating your other plugins one-by-one. When the WooCommerce plugins get activated, they should re-add the missing CRON events.

    If you need to check what CRON events are registered and when they’re running, or to edit/add them manually, I like to use WP Crontrol by John Blackbourn.

    If you have specific hooks or events that need to be excluded from being moved to off-hours, please configure that in the settings and test your settings with some dry runs. See here for that documentation.
