    Hi thanks for your plugin. We noticed that in one case the plugin is sending the email even if the same user (same email) issue an order.

    The case is when the user starts a first order, arrives to the checkout, fill all the fields ( email too ) but for some reason he stops and leave the order pending…. after X ( we have 60 ) minutes your plugin detect that that order is scheduled to receive an email when the first sending is schedule ( we set 2 hours ) … the problem come if the same user, from a different session ( she changed to mobile for any reason ) makes and commit a new order using the same email.

    In this case, your plugin, is going to send all the planned emails.

    The question is: is there a way to check that the same user did a second order?

    Greetings for the day!

    If the user with the same email address, places an order in a different session but with the same products that they abandoned before, the plugin will remove the order from the abandoned list if the order is completed. However, if the user places an order with a different set of products than the one abandoned before it will be considered as a separate order and the previous order will remain in the abandoned order list.

    hello! Ok I undestdood, in my opinion this is not always true,I mean, most of time a customer begin another order and adds or delete a product jist to spend less or to reach a free shipping… so I ask you: can you add a configuration for it? So every plugin user can decide on stay only on customer email or go on order detail too?
