Hi, I have integrated this plugin as shown in the video for NimbusPost. However, after placing the order, it is not visible on Nimbuspost dashboard. And trying to manually sync the tracking gives the following error on the admin dashboard:

Here’s the config page of the plugin (NimbusPost Tab):

    NimbusPost webhook config:

    NimbusPost API:

    Hello @rnkdsh

    Thank you for contacting us.

Your configuration for nimbuspost seems correct, however please note that for tracking info to sync, please the awb number must be set in an order. AWB number is set in two ways:

    1. Automatically via Webhook: When shipment is picked up by courier, shipment data is automatically updated in woocommerce via webhook call.
    2. From “Shipment Tracking” metabox in order edit page: you can manually set awb number of an order by clicking the edit icon in shipment tracking metabox.

Once awb number is set, you can click “Sync Now” to manually sync latest.tracking info anytime.

Please note that current version of our plugin have very limited functionality for Nimbuspost because of api limitations provided by nimbuspost.

Nimbuspost have recently release new version of their apis which have many more features. We are already working on a new version of plugin with many more features for nimbuspost, here are some of them:

    1. Push Orders to Nimbuspost with accurate weight and dimension calculation.
    2. Pincode based delivery estimate checker.
    3. Dynamic Courier based shipping methods on checkout.
    4. Improved webhook integration.
    5. Improved API integration.

This new integration will be available only in premium version of the plugin. However, the existing integration will be also available in the free version of the plugin.

    Best Regards,

    Amit

Thank you for the details @amitmital
We’ll wait for the new API integration ??

Meanwhile can you elaborate a bit on the following:

“Automatically via Webhook: When shipment is picked up by courier, shipment data is automatically updated in woocommerce via webhook call.”

How would this work automatically? I need to create a shipping request on NimbusPost website manually first and add it’s AWB on the woocommerce order details right? Because right now, when placing the orders on my site, Nimbuspost does not know there’s an order placed as I can’t see it on the dashboard.

Is it possible to create Nimbuspost shipment automatically and assign it’s AWB until the new API integration is ready in your plugin?

    Thanks!

    Hi @rnkdsh

Ideally, whenever an order is placed on your website, it should be available on your nimbuspost dashboard as well. If it’s not, this indicates a problem in your woocommerce-nimbuspost integration.

Please go this this link: https://ship.nimbuspost.com/channels/add/woocommerce

and complete the integration steps as shown in the video on that page.

After completing the integration steps, the orders from your website should be automatically getting pulled on nimbuspost as well.

However, we’ve observed that the integration quite don’t work reliably, so for a more reliable solution, please wait for the new update of our plugin ??

Once the order is available on nimbuspost dashboard, you can ship is normally. As soon as the movement starts, the shipment data will be automatically sent to your website via webhook call.

    I hope this helps.

    Regards,

    Amit
