    Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, there have been massive errors with the plug-in for some time now. At the moment, articles are no longer synchronized.
Only the message “This product is not yet synced to Facebook.” appears for each product.

I have also tried a manual synchronization via the plug-in settings page, unfortunately without success.

A second problem is the fact that after importing new products via CSV file, each product variation (they are all variable products, clothes in different sizes and colors) is set to “do not sync to Facebook” and I have to check the “sync” box for each variation individually.

I would be very grateful for your help.

    Kind regards

    Hello beckily

    Thank you for contacting us.

To help me investigate and resolve the syncing problem, could you confirm if all of your products are experiencing synchronization issues or if it’s only certain items?

Also, do you recall when this issue started? Were there any recent changes or updates made to your site around the time the problem began?

In addition, could you edit one of the products that isn’t syncing and provide screenshots of both the ‘Inventory’ tab and the ‘Variations’ tab?
These visuals would help me to better understand the problem.

We’ve prepared a guide that covers common sync issues and their resolutions. This could help address the problem you’re facing. You can find this resource here:
    https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/#sync-issues

I am here to support you, and with a bit more information, I’ll do everything I can to get your products syncing smoothly again. ??

    Best regards.

    Dear @doublezed2 ,

thank you for your fast reply and the information.

I’ll try to answer your questions to my best knowledge:

    1. I can not pin an exact date to the occurence of the issue but it could be around a few weeks ago. No changes are synced since then. Older products do show a Facebook ID but I am not sure whether they still sync correctly. Newer products (import around beginning of April) have no Facebook ID, they just show “This product is not yet synced to Facebook.“. I activated and deactivated the “sync and hide” / “sync and show” for each variable for certain test products, refreshed them, etc. but it all did not help.
I do not recall any particular changes to the page, except for the regular WooCommerce plug-in updates perhaps.

    2. I am sorry for the inconvenience but I do not see an upload function for pictures. How can I provide the requested screenshots?

    3. I tried to follow the guide but it does not seem to cover my problem.

    Kind regards

    Hey, @beckily!

    Thank you for the information!

To confirm, the new products that are not synced, are they all variable?

    Are they virtual products?

?I am sorry for the inconvenience but I do not see an upload function for pictures. How can I provide the requested screenshots?

I recommend using https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct link to the image as a response to this topic.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

    Hi @carolm29 ,

    thank you for your reply.

yes, 99% of our products are variable (fashion store).
Hence, none of them are virtual.

    Dear @carolm29 @doublezed2

in addition to the second problem mentioned: even after publishing my new products from drafts, some are set to “sync and hide” fpr each variable.

I don’t know if that could be connected to the other issue?

    Hello beckily

    Thank you for your reply.

The first screenshot link you shared is not working and the second only shows the sync setting.
Could edit one affected product and share two separate full-page screenshots of both the ‘Inventory’ tab and the ‘Variations’ tab? Below is an example of what I am looking for.

Looking forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Hello beckily

Thank you for sharing the screenshots.
These are helpful in better understanding your site.

I noticed that the Product Edit page is a bit different from the default page.
There are a few extra fields probably added by a plugin.

To help you further, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
You can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com
After that, you can paste the Gist link here in your reply.

The second screenshot you shared is of the General tab.
Could you share a screenshot of the Inventory tab, it is right below it.

I look forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Dear @doublezed2

thank you for the fast reply.

I will add gthe report later, if that is okay.

The second picture is in fact from the inventory. It is unfortunately in German, so inventory is here labelled as “Lagerbestand” (grey highlighted area on the far left).

Below is an additional inventory tab for a plug-in.

Kind regards and a happy Sunday

It seems like I need to register for github in order to upload something.
I would prefer to not do that.

Could you perhaps tell me which lines in the report you would need to examine, so I can post a shortended version / the relevant parts here?

    Thank you ??

    Hello beckily

Thank you for your quick reply.

I appreciate your clarification about the second screenshot.
However, even in German, I was expecting something like this:

As you mentioned, there is a separate tab for inventory on your site.
Is that feature part of a plugin?

To help you further, I’d like to review your site’s System Status Report.
You can paste the text in https://paste.mozilla.org
After that, you can paste the generated link here in your reply.
This method does not require creating an account like Github.

You can find the report at WooCommerce > Status.
Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

I look forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

    Dear @doublezed2

    thank you for the clarification.
I assume the different inventory looks stem from the fact, that we deactivate “stock management” on an overall level and track the inventory for each variable of the product separate.
When I activated the field “stock management”, my page looked like your screenshot.

    Please find the report here

Highly appreciate your active help, even on the weekend!

The information and screenshots you shared have been helpful.
To assist you further, could you share a screenshot of the Inventory Settings page?

that is great to hear! I am optimistic that we will have a solution soon.

    Dear @doublezed2 @carolm29

I have an unfortunate update to add:

Also older products that have a Facebook ID assigned to them and hence were synced once, now do not seem to sync.
I noticed this, after a product shows no picture on my FB catalogue, incorrect (old) inventory data etc.

So it seems that after a certain point no products (no matter if old or new) seem to sync anymore.
