Firewall Summary no data

    Hi there,

    I’ve got the free version of Wordfence on a client’s website that has been running for a few months so isn’t in learning mode. I like to provide a monthly report to the client of the Firewall summary but the data is almost blank apart from 8 complex attacks blocked. Is there a reason for so little Firewall data? Is it due to the site getting little website traffic? It gets about 80-100 new users to the site per month.

    Hi @mancat80,

    Please review the sort of traffic you’re seeing in Wordfence > Tools > Live Traffic and let us know if anything is abnormal there.  Can you also send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.

    Thanks Margaret, I have sent the Diagnostics report via the Wordfence plugin as per your instructions and added my username. I’ve also sent a direct email with the Diagnostics report attached if you could reply to my email please. Many thanks.
