User selected chart data plugin

Is there a plugin available that generates a chart from user selected data? The idea being a spreadsheet/database is loaded to the website that can be accessed by the viewer through selecting a dropdown list of data column headings (e.g. x-axis selected dropdown = “Date”; y-axis selected dropdown = “DataColumn1”). This then generates a graph (line/bar etc.) with the selected data displayed?
