I am using the theme “Wesper” and the vendor will NOT provide any support for plugin conflicts and such. So I need some help with this issue:

In my WooCommerce store, I have an item (several actually) that is set to “Sold Individually” and limit 1 per transaction. However, there still shows a QTY box with + and -, but no number shown. The user cannot increase or decrease as the up/down buttons do not work.

I was able to make the box disappear using some code I found online, but the user can still add multiple quantities of an item to their cart which I do not want.

If I change the theme to a standard 2024, this box does not appear at all and the user is limited to a quantity of 1, which is the desired behavior. Similarly, I don’t want this box to show in the cart page either.

I am very green with CSS and could sure use some help with figuring this one out.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there @paulhlee1967,

    Thanks for reaching out!

Helping out with custom coding of this nature is outside the scope of support that our support staff can help out with here, although I would recommend the following:

    1. Running the exact question you’re asking, through an AI platform like ChatGPT for recommendations.
    2. Checking whether there are existing plugins in the WordPress plugin repository that might be doing that already.
    3. Joining our WooCommerce Slack community (it does have a developer channel where you can ask coding questions): https://woo.com/community-slack/

    Hope it helps!

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.
