Beware stole my money

I would give zero stars if I could. they took my money took days to respond when I never got my download and blamed the credit card company. It is now a month and a half later I am still waiting for the refund they promised and had to file a dispute with the credit card company. They keep blaming Wells Fargo for the issues Wells Fargo has no record of any refund even though I have multiple emails promising it. Beware
