I have “reset cart” option set to yes. But it is not clearing the cart. We are correctly redirected straight to checkout, but multiple items are present.

We are using the block-based Woocommerce checkout page that comes standard with all Woocommerce installs after 8.3.

Correction. Cart reset is working to remove old items from the cart. But our product uses Gravity Forms Product Add-Ons, and it erases all the options for the product.

    Hi @lsterling03 ,

May I have a public link of your products to check it from the frontend?

Maybe our plugin is not working properly with the block-based cart and checkout pages.

    Best regards.

Thanks for your reply. Is there a way to send it privately? I would prefer not to post the site in a public forum.

    Hi @lsterling03 ,

According to the Forum Guildlines, all the support threads must be done here publicly. We are not allowed to ask or suggest users to send private information or provide hints for further support elsewhere since all the free plugins are available in the WordPress repository. So, unfortunately, I can only offer you with some suggestions for troubleshooting here.

    Best regards.

I am also facing this issue where cart is not getting reset before adding the new product to the cart. If already there is product in the cart, new product just addon to the list. Cart reset is enabled via plugin settings.

    Hi @himanshpahwa ,

You can kindly check if the caches are kept while performing the Buy Now or not. I tested on your site and it seemed that the cart was not reloaded properly when pressing the Buy Now button.

If your site is using AJAX add to cart, kindly install this plugin to assist it: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wpc-ajax-add-to-cart/.

I’m not sure why it’s not working on your site, probably due to an external conflict there. You can try debugging by deactivating all other plugins except WooCommerce and our plugin to check the Reset Cart. Then reactivate other one by one to find the culprit.

We test on our test site and live demo with the latest version of WooCommerce, WordPress, WPCStore theme and our WPC plugins, the Reset Cart feature is working properly. You can check my video here: https://app.screencast.com/KlGgdQwDFwmqd. So maybe there is an external element on your site affecting it.

    Best regards.
