    My VPI cron is always in the queue, I have cleared it, forced cron, and tried everything possible from my end but still not working. I have Manually Excluded my website logo from lazy loading but still, it is being lazy loaded, you can check the site Medicoengineer.com

    from my side checking, I see some VPI generated recently , please share me few links from the queue list that is showing in “green color”

    you can see queue list in Page Optm -> VPI

    there is no any link in green color you can see in picture.

    also note that I have Excluded my logo from being lazy loaded but still it is being lazy loaded.

    Ok I’m sending mail but I couldn’t understand your support system, what’s here and what’s on email?

    you are also from support team you can share this issue for the resolution but you are making system more complicated, It looks like You aren’t interested in solving the problem. However I see the Response of You email support team

    or you can use this link : https://store.litespeedtech.com/store/submitticket.php if mail ticket doesn’t work nicely for you , this one is more like web page based ticket system

    are you not from Litespeed cache support team?

    Why you are making the system so complicated?

    You should have access to Share the issues of Users to the developers as they can solve.

    If it’s not so then I think you must inform the user that we will only solve the issues recieved from xyz source. Upto my information this is support forum but still you are suggesting to go else where! It has been 6 days so far but there’s no solution so far from your side that’s very hilarious. What is happening with my website core web vitals and user experience only I can Feeel ??

    yes, this is support forum , but for some complicated cases/issues , we’d like to ask user to directly submit a ticket to our own support system where our devs are available and could step in if needed, for deeper investigation.

    are you not connected with your developers?

    Every support representative has direct access to create ticket and sumbit to their developers for prompt resolution. But Litespeed technology isn’t a small name , i don’t know why your support procedure is that much complicated. A support representative is saying that create a ticket in our support ??, it means that representative isn’t from Respective company. Anyways I need Resolution I will go to every procedure whether it’s comfortable or not but Seriously it’s bad experience from you. After six days you people are saying Go to other support forum to get Resolution.
