Site was down due to ‘Gutenberg’ plugin

  • My website experienced an unexpected outage, and upon investigation by the server support team, it was determined that a particular plugin was the cause of the issue and it throwing a fatal error. As soon as I deactivate the plugin it starts running. Could you please provide insights into the possible reasons for this, such as recent updates of the “Gutenberg” plugin or any other factors that may have contributed to the problem?

    Hi @kapilp – without further details it could be tricky to define exactly what the issue was. I can see that the error code was related to the Font functionality – but could be due to a conflict with another plugin or your theme.

    Do you have another plugin installed to assist with installing custom fonts in some way?
