    Hello,

    When my customer tried to enter a promo code via our Woocommerce payment page, he was prevented by Anti-spam with the mention *** Forbidden. Anti-Spam by CLeanTalk ***. See IMAGE. How can I stop Anti-Spam from doing this?

    Hello @simarl,

    Please, change these settings:

    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Anti-Spam by CleanTalk → Advanced settings →
    • → set the option “Set cookies” to “Auto” →
    • → set the option “Use CleanTalk JavaScript library” to “On” → Save Changes.

    Then clear your website cache. Make sure that the website cache is 24 hours or less.
