Social Media Links

Hi, my blog is at https://granthestonfitnes.com/blog. I added a link to my facebook, twitter, and linkedin pages on the right side of my blog by uploading each one as a link and using the link widget. I was just wondering about two things. First of all I don’t like the little clear bubble at the bottom left side of each one. Any way to get rid of that? Second, I’d like to have my buttons side by side so I could have like my facebook and twitter on the top row next to each other and then my linkedin and digg logo on the next row, etc. Any way to do that? Thanks in advance!
