Other than Google Site Kit I don’t see any other tracking plugins in you configuration. In general you should only use GTM Kit.

Since you are already using Google Tag Manager you may need to adjust you container configuration. You can download container templates from GTM Kit to get you started. I recommend that you import them to an empty workspace and check them out before you import and merge them to your main workspace

However, I notice that it does not track Easy Digital Downloads, is the GA4 template only for Woocommerce?

You must enter the GTM ID in GTM Kit
