Hello @erossv
We are sorry for the inconvenience and the delayed response.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand that you are experiencing an issue with absolute positioned button on your end. After conducting thorough tests on our side, we were unable to replicate the issue.
Well, We understand that conflicts with other plugins or themes can sometimes cause issues with DarkMysite functionality. You need to check for the conflict to identify the issue. To address the potential conflict, we recommend the following steps:
- Disable other plugins: Temporarily deactivate all other plugins except DarkMysite to see if the issue still occurs. If the problem is resolved, you can enable the plugins one by one to identify which one is conflicting with DarkMysite.
- Switch to a default theme: Temporarily switch to a default WordPress theme (e.g., Twenty Twenty-Two) and check if the issue persists. If the problem is resolved with the default theme, it suggests that there might be a conflict between DarkMysite and your current theme.
Or if you are using any cache plugin for your site, this could cause the issue because cache plugins minify all javascript files, and for that reason, your toggle button may not work properly.
If it doesn’t help you at all, please connect to our help center so that we can assist you with the best solution.
Thanks for being with us. Have a good day!
