According to your screenshots you have only set up the free shipping, correct?

But checking your site https://mariaclementina.pt/ it only shows the option for local pickup.

• Have you modified this since taking the screenshots?
• On your first message you said you saw there were no shipping methods available, correct? Is it still the case or do you see the local pick up options?
• Regarding the settings of the free shipping, I see you added a zipcode. Is 6000 the whole zip code? On the store address it shows a longer code. Do you want to limit the free shipping to only this zipcode?
• If you add an address with this zipcode, what do you see on the cart/checkout?
• Do you have any plugins or custom code that are interfering with the shipping?

2. Adicionei o CEP 6000, porque é para abranger a área toda que come?a pelo no 6000, está mal?
3. Para além do frete grátis nessa zona, pretendia que aparecesse portes grátis na zona CEP 6000 e que houvesse algo que indicasse que fora do 6000 terá que ser pedido um or?amento. Dá para fazer isso?

That’s strange. Local pick up should only show if it was set up.

Just to confirm, what do you see on your end on the shipping options? Can you share a screenshot of it?

Also, have you set up local pick up on a different plugin?

I added the 6000 zip code, because it’s supposed to cover the entire area that starts with 6000, is that wrong?

Yes. To set it up for the whole area that uses a zipcode beginning with 6000 you can follow the steps below:

1 – If the zipcodes in your area are only numeric, you can use a numeric range. For example: 60001…69999. So you should put the first zipcode (complete) then elipses (three dots) and the last zip code (complete) on the area.

2 – If the zipcodes in your area also have letters, than you can add it as 6000* and it will work for every zipcode that begins with 6000, but this only works if it also has letters.

You can find more about this in this guide.

In addition to free shipping in that area, I wanted free shipping to appear in the 6000 CEP area and for there to be something to indicate that outside of 6000 a quote will have to be requested. Can you do this?

This is not a default feature of WooCommerce. But we do have a plugin on our marketplace that lets you do this. Contact for Shipping Quote.
