Square Credit Card Info not Showing

My store is no longer showing a place to enter credit card information, and when you try to process the order, you get an error saying “An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.” This does not happen when I change to the Storefront theme, so the problem is with the Sydney Theme. Please help!
