Cleantalk Security will not load settings page

I’m having trouble with Security plugin. When I go to the settings, it is just a spinning circle, won’t load anything. I have tried deactivating, deleting and reinstalling… Makes no difference. Just started happening after the last update to v2.133. It was fine before the update. My WP version is v6.5.3
