    I have generated compliance banner with your plugin. But wizard is not allowing me to edit settings for ‘Consent Banner’ > General, Appearance and other settings as overlay appears and says: cmplz-locked-overlay

    Hello Mandar,

    Thank you for your message and my apologies for the delayed response.

    I’d ask you to try and reinstall the free plugin (or to press ‘Reset’ under the Tools -> Data menu) and whether that unblocks the Consent Banner menu’s. If this is not the case, I’d have to ask you to provide more information and preferably a brief screen recording of the issue in action so that we can further investigate.
