Hi, because I resized some images I now have the following problem:

Some images are trying to load the old size.

Let’s say if the new size is 500×500 it tries to recall the old size which is 600×600, and there is no such image on the server anymore.

I have tried clearing the CF, Redis and Performance caches but to no avail. Please advise.

    The site is https://www.tuasolea.ro

    Hi @marinow1991,

    Thank you for your message.

Could you please give me specific examples and where I can find them? I would like to better understand the source of the problem, and on your site all images load correctly.

    Best,
    Mateusz

@marinow1991 In my opinion, this problem has nothing to do with converting images to WebP format. Images that do not exist on your server are simply loaded on the website.

Our plugin does not modify or delete original files. Files converted to WebP and AVIF formats are saved in a separate directory: /wp-content/uploads-webpc/.

Wondering if the file that creates the plugin to display the converted photos is causing the problem.
The original photos are in the folder, but the problem is that the site is trying to call up old photo sizes that no longer exist. as if it has saved the old links somewhere.

@marinow1991 Please tell me what does the fact “the site is trying to call up old photo sizes that no longer exist” have to do with our plugin and converting the images to the WebP format?

As far as I know, the plugin creates a .htaccess for this I was wondering if it makes any trouble.

@marinow1991 When you deactivate the plugin, the rules from the .htaccess file are removed. Please deactivate the plugin and please tell me if the problems disappear.
