Coding for Nextgen gallleryview

Hello,

Can someone please help me. I’ve downloaded the plugins -nextgen gallery and nextgen galleryview. I love the galleryview as it give me an awesome slide show with thumbnails. The shortcode generates and previews exactly what i want it to look like but when i insert the short code on to my page it look horrible…large picture, underneath large picture come up with bullit points.. no slide show with thumb nails ;( as the short code previewed on the settings page.

Here is the code that generates that just wont work when i post it on the page :

What i’m i doing wrong?? I’ve racked my brain. I am using Softshell template by phi, word press.
